Conduct initial evaluations, document symptoms, functioning, and needs, and provide information for level of care decisions. Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, physicians, visitors, and colleagues. Understand Emergency Detention procedures and EMTALA regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or counseling required; RN licensure may substitute depending on state regulations. Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, with strong assessment skills. Current unencumbered clinical license or equivalent as per state guidelines.
