Benefits: Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and their families Up to 16 days of PTO for full-time staff 6 paid holidays annually Tuition reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending and health savings accounts UKG Wallet - voluntary earned wage access to employees What you will do in this role: Handle inquiry calls and assist callers with scheduling face-to-face assessments or triage referrals Ensure assessments are conducted by qualified mental health professionals Screen for medical and behavioral emergencies Perform comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic care for patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric/emotional disorders; coordinate with clinical team or on-call physicians to meet patient needs either at the facility or community providers Interpret treatment plans to patients and families to reduce fear and improve acceptance and adherence to care Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or counseling; current unencumbered license as per state guidelines Valid driver’s license, favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire Previous experience in psychiatric healthcare with adult and geriatric populations preferred Strong clinical assessment skills required
