About the role Table Game Dealers (in training) are responsible for efficiently learning assigned table games, accurately handling chips and cards, managing bets and payouts, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players. Table Game Dealers (in training) will also be required to learn general knowledge of casino standards and operating procedures.

Employment after training is not guaranteed. Candidates must pass interview, math exam, and live audition to gain employment. What you'll do Learn various table game related games. Meet or exceed school attendance standards. Engage with classmates in an upbeat and positive manner. Come to class with all learning materials. Maintain appearance standards. Be attentive. Be supportive and helpful to classmates and instructors. Conduct yourself in a professional manner. Keep up with the pace of class; practice at home if needed. Qualifications Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills. Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking. Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards. Focus on teamwork and collaboration with others. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and effective communication. Drive to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair. Must be at least 21 years of age. Strong math skills to calculate bet and pot sizes quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity to handle cards, chips, and equipment with precision.
