Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle seeks an experienced line cook passionate about food and eager to learn and contribute to our culinary team. The role involves providing culinary experiences to our guests and reports to the Sous Chef. U.S. work authorization is required. What you will do
Work well with others in a fast-paced environment Follow recipes and instructions accurately Prepare and maintain a hot line station Communicate professionally with FOH and peers Learn new culinary styles and techniques Work a flexible schedule, including shifts Support the operation’s needs What you bring
At least 3 years of restaurant or catering experience Culinary education preferred Strong line skills Hardworking and efficient Ability to multitask effectively WA State Food Handler's Permit What we offer
