Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Server Assistant at Goldfinch Tavern who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience. The Server Assistant is part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests. This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline
Anticipate the needs of guests and co-workers instantly
Clear tables, assist the floor, and enhance guests’ dining experiences
Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner
Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, which requires a broad understanding of cocktails
Qualifications and Skills
Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
Strong work ethic with a drive to grow, improve and learn daily
Proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
Energetic approach to the craft
Calm under pressure with excellent people skills
Restaurant experience preferred
Benefits
Compensation: $20.76/hour, plus percentage of service charges
