Syntelligent is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to support a Government Customer
Location:

$90000 - $105000

Duties will include:
Provide administrative, research, and analytical support to CI investigations and operations.
Perform a blended set of CI duties including functional support, investigative and operational support, and CI collection activities to support mission continuity and enhance the agency’s internal defense against foreign intelligence threats.
Duties include CI administrative referral processing, risk and threat briefings, CI portions of threat vulnerability assessments, site surveys, coordination with DHS and CISA security and related programs, and support enterprise risk management insider threat programs.
Support CI collection through reviewing and drafting CI/HUMINT reports, compiling and analyzing collection metrics, supporting debriefings, and performing target and lead development.
Investigative support includes case tracking, research, data analysis, and CI-related correspondence.
Qualifications Required:
Education: Shall possess a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Must have a minimum of six (6) cumulative years of direct counterintelligence experience, supporting activities such as CI functional services, CI investigations, CI operations support, CI collection management, and CI analysis as follows:
CI functional services: 1.5 years
CI investigations: 1 year
CI operations support: 1 year
CI collection management: 1 year
CI analysis: 1.5 years
Demonstrated Skills:
Case file preparation and documentation
Data management and visualization
Vetting research for travel/contract reports
Assist with case timelines, briefings, and intake
Note-taking and database tracking
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Prior experience as a Department of Defense or Federal Agent, Special Agent, or Officer conducting counterintelligence activities, or equivariant CI professionals within the US Intelligence Community or other federal agencies.

Certification Requirement:
IFPC within 90 Days of Hire
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Mental Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
