What You'll Be Doing
Curriculum Design & Innovation:
Independently lead and manage curriculum-related projects, including the development of new modules and revision of existing content.
Design, develop, and implement engaging instructional content and assessments, particularly in areas such as microcontrollers, software programming, and Excel.
Ensure curriculum aligns with learning outcomes, accessibility standards, and emerging educational best practices.
Collaborate with faculty, instructional teams, and external partners to align curricula with pedagogical goals and academic integrity standards.
Gather and evaluate student feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement of curricular content and instructional strategies
Stay current with educational research and technology trends to continually improve pedagogy and delivery methods.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Provide guidance, training, and informal supervision to graduate teaching assistants or entry-level staff supporting instructional delivery.
Oversee delegation of work, review deliverables, and ensure best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
Engage with faculty, academic departments, and external partners to drive curriculum vision and academic integrity processes.
Lab and Classroom Technology Management
Support the day-to-day operation and functionality of instructional spaces, ensuring all technology, equipment, and resources are maintained, secure, and effectively utilized.
Collaborate in the development, refinement, and enforcement of laboratory policies and procedures to promote a safe, efficient, and accessible learning environment.
Transition any issues to the Instructional Support Coordinator overseeing Operations and Logistics
Evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of instructional spaces, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform future enhancements to course delivery and lab configuration.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM; Master’s degree in Education preferred
Two (2) years’ experience in course material development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience working in higher education or a similarly complex learning environment
Familiarity with academic integrity processes, policy development, and accessibility standards
Experience working with a variety of student populations and instructional modalities (in-person, hybrid, online)
Skills Needed
Proven experience managing educational projects with measurable impact
Familiarity in microcontrollers, Arduino, Excel, and related platforms
Strong understanding of learning technologies (e.g., Brightspace, WordPress, Google Suite)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders both within and outside of their immediate area
