Find your community in the heart of Vail at The Children’s Garden of Learning (CGL)! We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, working three to four days a week.
CGL is a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool that blends early learning with a deep love of nature, exploration, and community. We offer a supportive environment where teachers are empowered to create meaningful, curiosity-driven experiences for young children.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Use effective behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and engaging learning space Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members Observe and document children’s learning, sharing progress with families Inspire creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning through hands-on, play-based activities What We’re Looking For:
Experience with toddler and preschool-aged children (strongly preferred) Knowledge of early childhood education best practices Skills in behavior guidance, classroom management, and child development A commitment to fostering a supportive, playful, and engaging learning environment A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not required Benefits Include:
