Position Description

The Youth and Worship Minister will serve as a key spiritual leader in our church, responsible for discipling students (grades 6–12) and leading the congregation in Christ-centered worship. This role involves teaching, mentoring, planning, and organizing events, as well as developing a vibrant and authentic worship culture. This is a dual-role position ideal for a passionate, humble, and multi-gifted individual called to serve in a smaller church setting.
