Posting: Tenure‑track Assistant Professor of Psychology, start date August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Teach in‑person and online undergraduate courses in Psychology (typical course load three courses fall and three courses spring; summer teaching optional).
Mentor undergraduate students in research.
Maintain an active research program.
Provide service to the School, College, and University as well as service to the profession.

Minimum Qualifications
Completion of a Ph.D. in Psychology by start date.
Evidence of ability or potential to teach psychology at the college/university level.
Evidence of a promising research program.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialization in applied behavior analysis, clinical, health, or social psychology.
Experience teaching at the college/university level in psychology with evidence of teaching effectiveness.
Experience mentoring undergraduate research.
Online teaching experience.
Grant‑writing experience.
Potential or experience in developing/teaching a course in area of expertise.
Potential or experience in developing/teaching graduate courses.
