Essential Job Functions
Responsible for traveling to project sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to inspect, service, and repair diesel equipment and demolition attachments such as skid steers, mini excavators, air compressors, and generators. Evaluate and determine mechanical and electrical problems in equipment and attachments Repair, rebuild, or replace parts such as hydraulic hoses, pumps, attachments, valves, rollers, tracks, idlers, fittings, filters, fluids, etc. Change equipment attachments daily based on application Determine cost effectiveness of repairs/replacements Operate tools and equipment necessary to complete repairs Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and associated attachments Maintain maintenance schedules and records Follow company and safety procedure at all times to avoid injuries and equipment damage Ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, serviced, and stored at the end of each shift Other duties as assigned In addition to the primary responsibilities, the employee is expected to embody ISI Demolition’s core attributes by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect with all clients and colleagues. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, showcasing a positive attitude, and communicating effectively with both co-workers and clients are essential. Key expectations include working with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring punctuality and good attendance, and being flexible with work assignments as directed. The employee should also take the initiative to learn new skills, assist co-workers when possible, and perform other duties as required. Required Minimum Qualifications
Must have valid, clean driver’s license. No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years. At least 1 year of diesel equipment repair experience Proficiency with shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic equipment Good knowledge of the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of diesel and hydraulic systems Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment Apply Now
