Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Join a collaborative organization where your expertise will directly influence operations and safety culture. The HSE Manager will oversee all health, safety, and environmental topics, maintaining existing programs and developing new systems. They serve as a subject matter expert and resource for compliance inquiries, operational best practices, and promote safety and sustainability. The goal is zero injuries through proactive practices. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop managers and supervisors in HSE leadership Engage with employees to manage risks Implement HSE programs and foster a culture of safety and compliance Contribute to HSE strategic planning Develop and update HSE processes and systems Maintain a roadmap for HSE department priorities Participate in change management ensuring safety standards are integrated Act as primary contact for HSE questions Provide technical expertise in HSE areas Support talent development within HSE Compliance and Reporting:
Report HSE metrics regularly Analyze data for improvements Monitor performance and communicate results Manage regulatory changes and reporting Ensure audit readiness and compliance Coordinate with regulatory agencies Drive ESG compliance and strategy Interested? Essential Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, IH, Environmental, or related field preferred Minimum five years’ experience in site leadership and program management Strong interpersonal and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Leadership and initiative Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Knowledge of DNR, OSHA, EPA regulations Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or similar Desirable Skills: Experience with spray drying and liquid processing Certifications like CSP, CIH OSHA 30 Certification ISO certification experience Meet Your Recruiter
