We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with general office duties. Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Organize and schedule appointments Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Order office supplies Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills
