CACI is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to be part of a dynamic and high performing team designing, implementing, and managing M365 GCC tenant. The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery fulfilling customer/developer requests and troubleshooting complex incidents. Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates. Provide end-to-end service support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics365. Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies. Power Platform environment life cycle management Manage Power BI environment and workspaces. Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services. Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams. Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services. Communicate with the customer to keep them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages. Qualifications

Required: Ability to attain DHS EOD BA + 12 years’ applicable experience, AA + 14 years’ applicable experience or 18 years’ experience 5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform Strong Communication Skills – be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $131,800 - $290,000. The final salary is influenced by location, contract requirements, experience, skills, and certifications.
