Admin Support Coordinator
that oversees and coordinates administrative tasks between branches and the GCC, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of administrative functions. This role is responsible for addressing and resolving issues, escalating matters as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions. Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking Provide support for unbilled invoicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management Complete other tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications
Basic computer and math skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the position Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and physical (based on position requirements) 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar support or administrative role Benefits
