Job Title
On Site-Full Time IT Specialist at Mental Health Resources
Description This position will provide user support on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Respond to queries, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Also responsible for general maintenance of computer-related agency equipment.
Essential Functions
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware in a Windows 11 environment.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Respond to email messages for Staff seeking help.
Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem.
Walk staff through the problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with staff to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from Staff about computer usage.
Log all help desk interactions in the SpiceWorks Service Desk.
Inventory Control.
Redirect problems to the correct resource.
Identify and elevate situations requiring urgent attention.
Attend weekly, monthly meetings.
Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Full Time, 4o hours per week
Non-Exempt
$18.51 per hour
