Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Participate in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services Assist with marketing activities, including planning and executing events

Position Requirements
Role Requirements Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and supporting the branch business plan. Technology:
Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
