Business Transactional Attorney
to join their esteemed team. This role offers the chance to assist with the take over a retiring Partner’s significant book of business and make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:
With a minimum of 3+
years of experience , you will focus on: Mergers and Acquisitions
– Handle complex transactions with precision. Secured Finance Transactions
– Structure and negotiate high-value deals. Contracts
– Draft, review, and manage a variety of business agreements. Business & Commercial Real Estate
– Provide expert legal counsel on property transactions. Business Formations
– Guide new businesses from inception to operation. General Business Practice
– Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients. What We’re Looking For:
Licensed to practice law in Connecticut
(active CT law license required). Strong work ethic
with a commitment to excellence. Exceptional interpersonal skills
for client and team collaboration. Outstanding drafting abilities
with keen attention to detail. Role Details:
Type:
Full-time, on-site with occasional remote flexibility. Salary:
Competitive, ranging from
