* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Four years’ experience in contract negotiations and/or research administration.**Minimum qualifications for a** **Senior **Contract Negotiator** II**: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Six years’ experience in contract negotiations and/or research administration.* Bachelor’s degree* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively* Keen attention to detail* Creative critical thinking aptitude* Possess all qualifications listed for the entry-level titles* Certified Research Administrator designation,* Advanced degrees (Master’s, Juris Doctorate, PhD, or other advanced degree)* Multiple years of experience in a university/academic setting with business or legal operations* Advanced research administration and coordination experience* Risk mitigation knowledge and aptitude* Resourceful problem solving capabilitiesHowdy and thank you for your interest in a career with Texas A&M University.
