We are seeking a highly motivated

Systems Administrator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing role, take ownership of IT challenges, and possess a diverse technical skill set. Technical Skills

Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS Microsoft Administration Skills:

Windows Server OS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and SharePoint Hyper-V, file permissions/sharing, printer sharing, group policy, volume shadow copy, remote desktop services, and mapped drives

Networking:

IPv4, firewalls, port forwarding, NAT, VPNs, VoIP Switching, wireless networks, remote access services, and troubleshooting Experience with Sophos and Meraki platforms

Backup:

Office 365 Cloud Backup Solutions Local Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions

Security:

EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions Antivirus and email security solutions SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions

Application Experience:

Accounting:

Sage, QuickBooks, and CCH products CRM:

Goldmine, ACT, and Salesforce Engineering:

SolidWorks and AutoCAD ERP:

Macola, E2, and Wisys MSP Tools:

ConnectWise Manage and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools

Preferred Skills:

Scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell and RMM tools) Experience with documentation platforms

Responsibilities

Resolve IT problems related to services, servers, and workstations Upgrade server and networking hardware/software Perform scheduled onsite client visits and meetings Manage and monitor service tickets while maintaining accurate documentation, notes, and time entries Consistently update system documentation Collaborate with client vendors and coordinate IT solutions Plan and effectively communicate with team members to address client issues Establish strong, consistent communication with clients Education & Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience (minimum of 3 years) Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ are preferred Benefits
