Job Overview:
The Client Systems Support Specialist provides frontline support to clients and staff in accessing and effectively using the client portal and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, such as Credible. This role delivers system training, resolves access issues, and serves as a technical resource to support end users. The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically proficient, and capable of providing on-site, hands-on assistance and systems support. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients with access to the client portal, including login troubleshooting, password resets, and basic navigation support. Provide EHR training to staff and clients, both individually and in group settings, to ensure system understanding and best practices. Maintain patient confidentiality, and medical record security in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities. Assist with the maintenance of EHR systems, including user account management, permission changes, and basic configuration updates. Create and update training materials, user guides, and support documentation for staff and clients.
