Manage the flow of information within the Maintenance Department Coordinate with operations to schedule fleet vehicles for repairs Open, close, and update work orders in the fleet maintenance system (RTA) Enter repair order data daily Request and process parts and service quotations Submit parts and inventory requisitions for purchase orders Receive parts and inventory into RTA and Oracle systems Generate reports as needed Keep vehicle asset information current and accurate in the CSC Follow company policies and procedures Maintain organized and up-to-date maintenance records Ensure the security of all files and records Perform various administrative tasks Skills Required and Physical Demands:
Education and Qualifications
Hard Requirements: Prior experience in automotive or fleet service and maintenance Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace We Offer:
