We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to become a part of our agency!

Responsibilities:

Develop insurance quotes, prepare applications for commercial lines agents.

Address walk-in clients' sales needs Monday – Friday – 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Process endorsements received via mail, email, and fax.

Perform renewal reviews and prepare renewal applications.

Conduct insurance company audits.

Carrier downloads.

Certificates of Insurance.

Accounts receivable management.

Handle incoming phone calls.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Commercial Lines agents.

Qualifications:

P/C License.

Previous experience in insurance.

Experience in conflict resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Self-starter.

Superb follow-through.
