In this dynamic, full-time role, you’ll install and service access control systems, security cameras, and automated gate systems for both residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair access control systems, CCTV/security cameras, and automated gates Work on both new construction projects and existing systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians Communicate directly with clients, delivering excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company and safety standards Respond to after-hours service calls as needed (rotating schedule) What We’re Looking For:
Experience with access control, low voltage systems, or automated gates Basic knowledge of electrical systems and proficiency with hand/power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and in team settings Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Technical certification or Low Voltage License in Georgia (preferred) Why Join ECA?

Ensure that measurements and locations for openings are correct on larger jobs Participate in corporate meetings, and observe all of the company's procedures Perform a thorough inspection and accurate diagnosis of any problems with the existing system, then present the customer with their available options Make use of our software for taking notes, generating quotes, and producing invoices Arrive at appointments within the window provided to the client Ensure a Complete system review, system report and complete equipment documentation for customer review and for company knowledge Qualifications:
Working knowledge of electrical wiring and connections Outstanding customer service abilities are required for this position Effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills are necessary Ability to use a measuring tape, as well as proficiency in math and problem-solving, are essential This position requires a high school diploma or GED Ability to read electrical layouts for all systems 4+ years of experience in the Garage Door/Automatic Gate/Access Control Industry or related service industries Strong electronics background in troubleshooting preferred Valid Georgia driver's license, no DUI convictions, and good DMV report Have excellent time management and be able to work with limited or no supervision Ability to learn a Standard work practice and follow a Standard troubleshooting procedure Convey a sense of professionalism in both dress and speech to customers Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics Mechanically inclined Background in electronics and wiring Able to do overtime and weekend rotation service call work Pass a physical and drug screen Automated Gate Experience is a Big plus Understanding of Power Tools is a Big plus Compensation: $20 - $40 hourly
