Overview
The Pension Design Group, a Third-Party Administration firm specializing in Defined Contribution and Cash Balance Retirement Plans, is seeking an experienced industry professional to join our growing team as Retirement Plan Administrator - Defined Contribution Plans. Responsibilities
Oversee a book of plans Perform annual compliance testing Prepare trust accounting/reconciliation and annual valuation reporting Create the Form 5500 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules and deadlines Qualifications
DC administration experience preferred Experience with Datair Software preferred, not required Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skill and attention to detail/accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 401(k) and Cash Balance Plan 60% of Employee Only Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance paid, eligible on date of hire $10,000 Life Insurance coverage with the option to purchase additional coverage Paid Holidays – PDG follows the NYSE Holiday Schedule Paid Time Off: 15 days of PTO (pro-rated in the first year), plus one additional day for each employment anniversary, up to a maximum of 21 days Costco or Sam\'s Club membership Charitable Contributions matched up to $100 annually (amount subject to change) Seniority level
