Our client, a distinguished finance firm based on the Westside, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the coordination and administration of its global employee benefits programs. This role offers exposure to a sophisticated, fast-paced environment where precision, discretion, and cross-border collaboration are key. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex benefits structures across multiple regions with efficiency and professionalism.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day administration of global employee benefit offerings, spanning health, retirement, life, and disability programs.
Act as the primary liaison for staff inquiries, delivering clear and informed guidance on benefit options and processes.
Input and verify all benefits-related data to uphold accuracy and consistency within HRIS and vendor systems.
Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and external partners to maintain seamless program execution across all markets.
Facilitate onboarding, enrollment, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regional policies and timelines.
Organize and execute annual open enrollment activities across multiple countries.
Track and interpret local regulations and statutory benefit obligations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Compile and submit government filings and mandatory reports (such as ACA, COBRA, or regional equivalents).
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and supplying requested documentation.
Research and monitor global legislative developments affecting employee benefit programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
Possess 3–5 years of progressive experience overseeing benefits in a multi-location or international environment.
Bring exposure to cross-border benefit structures and local compliance requirements.
Utilize HRIS and benefits administration technology effectively, including self-service and enrollment tools.
Comprehend key compliance frameworks such as ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and GDPR.
Add value through experience in professional services, financial institutions, or private equity settings.
