Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with existing commercial clients alongside Business Insurance Executives.
Assist Business Insurance Executives with account acquisition, service, and prospecting efforts.
Refer clients to other departments such as Benefits, Personal Lines, and Surety.
Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external service providers to oversee all aspects of assigned accounts.
Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts using expiration reports and agency management systems.
Track client activities and business development through agency management systems.
Coordinate safety, loss control, risk management, and claims services for clients.
Review monthly aged receivable reports to manage accounts receivables for assigned clients.
Participate in internal committees, community service, and present in department meetings.
Ensure professional standards are met and contribute to agency growth.
Must-Have Skills
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Fundamental knowledge of various insurance products and coverages.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
College degree or advanced education strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Resourceful and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Dependability, high energy, and flexibility in the work environment.
Experience interacting with clients in a professional setting.
Knowledge of agency management systems and reporting tools.
