As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. You will be a vital part of the client support team, helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and assist in developing client relationships Assist in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year Listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services Support marketing activities and events What we provide and culture

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships Account Management: Learn financial services basics; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed; process transactions and maintain accurate records Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the financial advisor; manage scheduling, materials for meetings, correspondence, and branch business processes Technology: Proficient with computers and willing to learn tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software Benefits
Part-time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12-month period are eligible for benefits including Medical, Prescription, HSA/FSA, Voluntary Benefits, Well-being programs, and Retirement Plan (subject to plan rules) Paid sick leave and paid time off where required by law Compensation notes
