Job Description
Under the supervision of the Manager, creates and delivers exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients with excellent customer service while ensuring they understand how digital and mobile banking options can complete transactions efficiently. Introduces and sells financial services to meet customers’ needs, identified through profiling and product knowledge. Processes various financial transactions, balances cash, and assists with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties.
Responsibilities
Manage overall branch client experience, proactively engaging clients, demonstrating banking technology, and managing branch flow to ensure excellent service.
Maintain and promote financial products and services, including opening accounts, cross-selling, and prospecting to meet sales goals.
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and selling checks, while balancing cash and managing ATM, vault, and armored car duties.
Identify and secure new high-value clients, manage sales efforts, and promote bank products and services.
Stay informed on bank policies, regulations, and new products.
Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting multiple branches as needed.
Qualifications
Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (must be completed within 30 days of employment).
High School Diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in consumer sales, marketing, customer service, and teller experience.
Proficiency in customer experience, laws, technology, communication, accuracy, relationship building, and product knowledge.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand for long periods; and lift up to 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work at different locations.
