In this role, you\'ll be the first point of contact for our customers — someone they trust for guidance, support, and everyday banking needs. You\'ll build trusted relationships and deliver personalized solutions from our full range of banking services, including opening and servicing accounts, processing financial transactions with accuracy, and offering thoughtful product recommendations. You\'ll also play a key role in resolving account questions and educating customers on tools and resources to make banking convenient. Sign-on Bonus : We are offering a $2000 Sign-On Bonus! Responsibilities

Proactively initiates contact with customers to determine banking needs. Accurately processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions. Maintains responsibility for cash drawer and balances per procedures. Responds to customer inquiries with a positive attitude and follows up to ensure problems are resolved. Cross-sells the Bank’s products and services by tailoring recommendations after exploring customer financial needs and goals. Demonstrates and provides training and support with all mobile and online banking programs. Maintains current knowledge of products, fees, and policies and educates customers accordingly. May assist customers with safe deposit boxes. Participates in the Bank’s customer-needs based sales program, both as an individual and a team player. Performs duties in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines (BSA, Reg CC, Reg E, Bank Security, and related regulations). Relationship Banker II – Additions to RB I Responsibilities

Serves as a supervisor in the branch and may oversee daily teller line operations, including supervisor overrides, bank check signing, and approval of cash handling per Regulation CC. May assist with ordering vault cash, preparing cash shipments, and daily vault/ATM balancing; adheres to dual-control requirements. Cultivates customer relationships by offering banking services and expertise to enhance the customer experience, including processing transactions, providing account services, and product education. May open and close the branch office. Acts as a Technology Ambassador, providing training and support for mobile and online banking for customers and staff. Originates and underwrites consumer loan applications per the Bank’s policies and procedures; may originate home equity lines under supervision. High School Diploma / GED required; Associates Degree in business or related field preferred. Relationship Banker I: 1–3 years of previous retail banking experience in a Teller or RB I role preferred. Relationship Banker II: 1–3 years of previous retail banking experience in a Relationship Banker role preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality with tact and diplomacy. Seniority level
