Base Pay Range
$160,000 - $195,000 per year

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and construction disputes.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the relevant state bar(s).
Skills
Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, and mediation.
Experience with construction‑related claims such as delay, disruption, change orders, and design defects.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in contracts and pleadings.
Ability to advise clients on risk management, dispute avoidance, and strategic litigation planning.
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client advocacy.
