Medical Malpractice Paralegal
to join its growing litigation team. This is a confidential search for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced defense practice. Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive
medical record summaries and chronologies
for litigation teams and clients. Assist with case preparation, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of medical records. Coordinate and communicate with medical experts, including scheduling, document exchange, and report preparation. Draft and format pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence. Maintain case files and track key deadlines. Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including trial preparation. Qualifications
Minimum of
3+ years of paralegal experience
in
medical malpractice defense
or related complex litigation. Proven experience drafting
medical summaries and chronologies . Demonstrated ability to
work directly with medical experts
on complex cases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with legal practice management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Florida Registered Paralegal designation (FRP) preferred, but not required. Why This Role
