We collaborate with retirement plan sponsors and financial professionals to provide effective administration and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored retirement plans. Responsibilities of Our Retirement Plan Analysts
Provide technical support to internal and external clients. Perform core administration and compliance testing for Defined Contribution Retirement Plans, including Census Collection, Non-discrimination Testing, 5500 Reporting, Profit Sharing Allocations, Document Updates, Year-End Information Requests, and Client Reports. Assist with client participant statements, quarterly valuations, and participant/sponsor statements. Prepare supplementary PPA statements and annual required participant notices. Calculate participant vesting and employer contributions, including cross-testing and partnerships. Collaborate with other departments to deliver reports and address client inquiries. Requirements
Ideal Candidate: Dedicated to maintaining high business standards. Efficient in managing office functions, organizing work, and establishing priorities. Capable of learning, applying, and explaining technical knowledge simply. Excellent communication and computer skills; trustworthy, adaptable, responsive. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong mathematical skills. Motivated with a relentless pursuit of success. Must-Haves: 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience with qualified plans (preferred). Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred). Experience with Ft. Williamspreferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Discipline and motivation with limited supervision. Effective time management and organizational skills. ASPPA QKA and QPA certifications required or willingness to obtain; maintain ASPPA membership.
