Front-End Software Engineer position responsible for refactoring of Key's Mobile and Web Banking application specifically around ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards and backlog of non-compliant code. Responsibilities
Refactor the front-end applications to improve accessibility and conformance with ADA/. WCAG 2.0 standards. Address backlog of non-compliant code in mobile and web banking interfaces. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience Strong understanding of Web Standards and HTML semantics Strong CSS knowledge Advanced knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and ADA standards and compliance Experience with BEM or other modular CSS methodology Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g. Sass or Less) Advanced JavaScript knowledge Experience using Angular (or other framework) in a corporate environment, not including school Experience creating and using reusable UI components Experience writing unit tests and utilizing automated testing Familiar with Design and UX guidelines Good verbal, written and listening communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Knowledge
