Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is preferred A MINIMUM of 90 clock hour coursework for Preschool Age Group—45 clock hour for Growth and Development and 45 clock hour for Preschool Methods and Materials Child Development Associates (CDA) in Preschool Americans with Disabilities Training (ADA) Basic Health and Safety and annual updates for 2023 and 2024 CPR/ First Aid Certifications 9 hour communications course A minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool classroom in a licensed childcare center Our benefits include, Employee Discount Health, Dental, and Vision insurance and additional Short-term disability, accidental, and hospitalization coverage Professional Assistance Programs MSDE training hours provided Paid time off (PTO) And referral programs.
