To be a lead teacher, the qualifications include: 1 year of childcare experience An associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field 45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certification 45 Hour Preschool Curriculum Certification 45 Hour Growth and Development Certification Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Basic Health and Safety Breastfeeding Sudden Infant Death Syndrome training (SIDS) CPR/First Aid certification Medication Administration Training 9-hour communication training Allergy Training Sexual Abuse training Each Goddard School location is privately owned and operated by Goddard Franchisor LLC franchisees.
