The Riley Center in Huntsville, Alabama is expanding and seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our mission-driven team. For 18 years, we’ve proudly served children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through comprehensive, interdisciplinary services in a supportive, collaborative environment. Founded by a parent of a child with autism, The Riley Center remains committed to providing evidence-based services that promote communication, socialization, independence, and long-term success for individuals with ASD and their families. What You’ll Do
Provide clinical and/or in-home ABA services to individuals ages 2–22 Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Design and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles Provide parent training and support Supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork supervisees Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Speech Therapists, Psychologist, Day School Educators) Adhere to billing/utilization requirements Ensure compliance with clinical/medical documentation What We’re Looking For
Required
BCBA Certification Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field Current or eligible for Alabama licensure Preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA Experience with a variety of ABA assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL) Proficiency in Central Reach (or other practice management systems) Supervisory experience with RBTs and BCBA fieldwork supervisees Why Join Us?

Competitive full-time salary: $62,000–$80,000 (based on experience with opportunities for performance based incentives) Medical, dental, and optional supplemental insurance Generous paid time off: 2 weeks PTO + 16 paid holidays Option for 4-day work week CEU access through Central Reach Institute Crisis Prevention & CPR Training provided Administrative support for scheduling and billing Collaborative Environment
