Build your future with us Our Customer Care Center is currently seeking ana ssociate account manager to support the agency management of client policies and assist account managers within an assigned regional team to service policyholder accounts. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $22 - $24 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: communicates with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file processes activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information monitors emails received in the Care Center, certificates, and Bond Outlook mailboxes perform download process for Personal Lines and Bond transactions gathers information from policyholders for endorsements, updates agency system, and submits to underwriting team for processing prints audit letters and mails to policyholder on behalf of the agency follows up on behalf of Account Manager on Loss Control recommendations manages cancellation activity, including securing a signed LPR from the policyholder prior to submitting to underwriting team issuance of Bond policies and certificates of Insurance Be equipped with: ability and willingness to work in a team setting make efficient use of time demonstrate an acceptable level of attention to detail ability to develop positive relationships demonstrates adaptability to new processes and procedures ability to collaborate and communicate effectively apply problem-solving skills and decision-making skills utilize the appropriate communication method for the situation - email, phone, transaction note, Teams, face-to-face or virtual Bring education and experience from: an active agency license is preferred or required to attain in 3 months a high school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred For more information about our company’s compensation and benefits, please visit the Benefits and Pay tab on The Bridge.
