Customer Care Center - Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines. The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking extraordinary people to join our service-oriented team. We help protect families and businesses and value actions that demonstrate our commitment to independence agents and the communities we serve. The position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $22 - $24 hourly, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance. Be Ready To Communicate with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency files Process activities in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information Monitor emails in the Care Center, certificates, and Bond Outlook mailboxes Perform download process for Personal Lines and Bond transactions Gather information from policyholders for endorsements, update the agency system, and submit to underwriting for processing Print audit letters and mail to policyholders on behalf of the agency Follow up on behalf of the Account Manager on Loss Control recommendations Manage cancellation activity, including securing a signed LPR from the policyholder prior to submitting to underwriting Issue Bond policies and certificates of Insurance Be Equipped With Ability and willingness to work in a team setting Strong time management skills A positive attitude and attention to detail Ability to develop positive relationships Adaptability to new processes and procedures Effective collaboration and communication Problem-solving and decision-making skills Use appropriate communication methods (email, phone, transaction note, Teams, in-person or virtual) Bring Education And Experience From An active agency license is preferred or required to attain in 3 months A high school diploma is required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred For more information about compensation and benefits, please visit the Benefits and Pay tab on The Bridge.
