Sales Advisor , you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek energetic, people-focused team members to help us redefine the car-buying experience. If this sounds like you, apply now! The primary responsibility of a Sales Consultant is to respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email. They also work with customers who visit the dealership, guiding them through the buying process from start to finish. Respond to customer inquiries using the Asbury selling process. Build rapport to generate referrals and expand customer network. Respond to internet leads promptly with phone and email communications, providing product and pricing information. Answer sales calls and schedule appointments. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-sale and for repeat business. Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds. Guide customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale. Maintain motivation to succeed and create lasting customer relationships. Utilize and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database. Prior automotive sales, retail, customer service, or business development experience is a plus. Maintain professional appearance and attire. Bi-lingual skills are advantageous. Be self-motivated and a team player. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver's License. Pass pre-employment screenings, including background and drug tests.
