What We Need: Join us as an Account Executive and leverage your goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and will take advantage of all iHeart’s platforms to exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: Learn about our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, develop new business through meetings and research, and cultivate existing accounts. Collaborate internally to drive revenue, create marketing campaigns, and use storytelling skills to deliver data-driven sales presentations. What You'll Need: Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; persuasive communication; goal-oriented; an expert negotiator; proactive.

Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College degree preferred). Skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills to help business grow.

Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required. Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.

Experience managing multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and audio advertising is a plus, along with being well-connected in the market. What you’ll get: Uncapped commissions and growth opportunities across categories and levels.
