We are seeking licensed ACA Telesales professionals to play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve our goal of new customer growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience and setting a new benchmark in the industry. You will be responsible for promoting our ACA products and services to new potential customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team. This is a permanent full-time position with bonus and commissions! College degree or equivalent work experience required 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related industry Clear an employer background check High sales conversion rates Duties & Responsibilities Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in learning about our ACA products and services Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads Discuss and assist customer needs, matching them with the most suitable plan and promotion Promote company products on each call Handle calls professionally, meeting company regulatory and compliance standards Accurately document interaction details Meet key performance indicators (sales calls, sales process, call quality, and product selection) Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process changes Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience Self-motivated; upbeat attitude with high energy level Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Empathy and patience Ability to multi-task Passion to succeed, with a competitive spirit
