Remote/work from home in El Paso, Texas (open to relocation) Salary Range:
$110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus, variable compensation, and a company vehicle What work will you do?
We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive with experience in creating strategic sales plans to bring in new cross-border business. Your experience in transportation sales or operations in Juarez, Mexico, will help you market all Landstar’s network offerings. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities that lead to account growth. Your knowledge of customers’ cross-border needs and your ability to identify transportation solutions will drive your success. Please apply if you have recent experience in the Juarez market, are fluent in English and Spanish, and can travel frequently between Juarez and El Paso. S solicit, develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers across all service modes (TL/LTL, Heavy-haul, International, Intermodal, etc.) Coordinate customer bids with Agents and Vice President of Mexico Sales. Stay current and aware of federal and state regulations affecting transportation and trade between US, Mexico, and Canada. Manage and grow revenue with existing and new accounts in your territory, understanding customer objectives and strategies. Identify and deliver new customers aligned with the company’s needs. Become a subject matter expert on Landstar’s services, modes, and technology. Participate in networking, trade shows, and industry associations within your territory. Manage your Salesforce database and reporting functions. Develop a planned sales cycle for key accounts and become proficient with Landstar tools and technology. Travel regularly within and from Mexico for sales calls. Required Minimum Experience and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of cross-border transportation sales or operations experience Preferred Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1 year B2B Sales Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to interpret contract language Strong organizational skills Negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation skills Ability to travel to, within, and from Mexico Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain a passport for international travel Dual US/Mexico citizenship is desirable Why work at Landstar?
