Overview

Rails is a fashion brand founded in 2008. The role is a Store Key Holder who supports client-focused engagement, brand representation, store operations, and sales performance in the daily operations of the store. The Key Holder reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Performance

Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store (front of house and back of house).

Support execution of business plans to accelerate the business and remedy opportunities.

Culture

Be an ambassador to the brand and promote Rails culture internally and externally.

Ensure the store atmosphere upholds the brand image.

Client Centric

Support client acquisition and retention; cultivate client relationships for the store and brand.

Ensure the best possible client experience with every engagement (in store, virtual, or alternate mediums).

Follow the customer journey to ensure a satisfied client.

Support client needs through styling advice and suggestions during every engagement.

Use a solution-oriented approach to resolve customer service issues.

Marketing & Community

Partner with Store Management to bring to life activations and events that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention and development.

Team Leadership

Coach, motivate, train, and develop internal teams to achieve performance goals and growth opportunities.

Support a positive work environment across the store network, including cross-functional partners.

Support performance management initiatives with store teams.

Attend and participate in store meetings as required; manage and resolve workplace conflicts.

Visuals

Support the store image and ensure alignment with corporate standards and store team execution.

Operations

Support inventory functions as directed by Store Management (receipts, reconciliations, transfers).

Protect company assets including cash, inventory, and expenses.

Support Client Consignment with quick turnaround, strong take rate, and timely return of merchandise.

Support omnichannel functions (Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store) with a focus on Omni KPIs.

Ensure processes comply with legal, safety, and internal procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Stores, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise, Regional management).

Additional projects or responsibilities may arise as needed by the business.

Requirements At least 1+ years of experience in a keyholder position preferred.

Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women’s and men’s apparel preferred.

Ability to effectively create, manage, and adhere to deadlines.

Familiar with key retail performance indicators.

Adaptable, open-minded, active listener, and compassionate.

Advanced organizational, writing, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.

Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Ability to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs.
