Reno, NV Base Pay Range
$50,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions. OTE $120K+. Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → pitch → close → celebrate. Conduct 20+ hours of outbound prospecting weekly to build a robust pipeline. Book and lead discovery calls, site surveys, and solution presentations. Achieve $6K+ in new monthly contract revenue after ramp (4 months). Build and maintain “Top 100” and “Hot 25” account lists in CRM. Collaborate with sales and ops teams to ensure a smooth handoff to clients. Metrics You’ll Own
$6K+ in new monthly revenue after year one. 3+ building surveys per week. 10+ proposals per month. 30% close rate. Requirements
Proven B2B sales closer with 3–10 years of experience. Hunter mindset with stamina to crush quotas. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Organized CRM user (HubSpot/Salesforce bonus). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required. Benefits
