What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Proactively identify and develop relationships with prospective customers in distribution and channel management
Conduct business development activities to support the company's business strategy
Identify bid opportunities and participate in bid preparation and negotiations
Manage and nurture assigned distributor accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
Attend trade shows and prepare workshops to enhance product visibility
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of sales experience managing accounts
Ability to travel up to 65%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
HVAC sales experience is helpful
Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
