Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify prospects for distribution and channel management teams
Conduct business development activities to support the business strategy
Identify bid opportunities and participate in bid preparations and negotiations
Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team
Manage and sell various sales programs to assigned distributor accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience managing accounts
Ability to travel up to 65%
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for clear communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
HVAC sales experience is helpful
Proven ability to innovate and implement progressive solutions
Passion for servicing customers and exceeding their expectations
Ability to communicate professionally across diverse audiences
