Proactively identify prospects for distribution and channel management and develop professional relationships Conduct business development activities within defined customer segments to support business strategy Identify bid opportunities and participate in the preparation of bid responses and negotiations Build relationships with assigned Distributor Accounts to reach or exceed yearly sales targets Attend trade shows and prepare workshops to increase organizational visibility What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED 5+ years of sales experience managing accounts Ability to travel up to 65% Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal formats Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree preferred HVAC sales experience is helpful Strong experience through multiple sales and distribution channels Passion for servicing customers and exceeding their expectations Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, implementing innovative solutions
