Position Details Job Title:
Cog Railway Train Conductor
Pay Rate:
$18.00 / hour.
What You Will Be Doing
Work trains to which assigned and look after the safety and comfort of passengers.
Scan tickets, make required counts and reports.
Give assigned lecture over P.A. system on train while in transit.
When not on trains, report to Shop Foreman or Assistant Shop Foreman for additional instructions.
Clean interior and exterior of trains.
Clean shop or restrooms or depot platform.
Assist in Cog parking lot.
Assist with minor maintenance of trains under supervision of shop personnel.
Use railroad radio for required company business only.
Wear uniform in prescribed manner.
Works as a passenger train conductor as required.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Ability to pass a post offer, pre‑employment drug screening.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
