As a member of the Cog Railway Team, this position is responsible for working directly under the supervision of the Shop Foreman and Assistant Shop Foreman. During the seasonal operating schedule, an engineer operates (drives) diesel power railcars over the railway and occasionally performs the duties of passenger train conductor. Responsibilities: Operates diesel railcars, locomotives, and company-owned highway vehicles in a professional and safe manner. Performs routine maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of railcars, locomotives, and company buildings and repair shop areas. Works as a passenger train conductor as required. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
